This home is equipped with all the amenities needed for a long week/weekend away and is laid out over three levels at nearly 1,600 square feet. The spacious heated entryway allows for storage of all your vacation gear, complete with a bench, storage cubbies and a large closet. Upstairs on the main level you will be greeted by the master bedroom featuring vaulted ceilings, a King-sized bed, dresser with a smart flat screen TV and closet. The gorgeous en suite master bath features double sinks, hair dryer, a jetted tub and separate walk in shower. A second full bathroom is also located on the main level as you enter the open floor plan featuring a beautiful stone gas fireplace, Smart TV with free Netflix, vaulted ceilings with an abundance of natural sunlight and views from abundant windows. The well appointed kitchen has everything your family needs for a home cooked meal after a full day of activities. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range, coffee pot, toaster and additional bar seating add to the dining room table that easily seats 6 guests.
The second bedroom located upstairs is cozy with beautiful decor, Queen bed, TV, spacious closet and dresser. The third bathroom is off this room and also has double sinks, hair dryer and private tub/shower combo. The third bedroom, perfect for children, is complete with TV for gaming, dresser, a bunk bed with full over full mattresses and a twin trundle bed underneath to pull out for extra space, making it able to comfortably sleep 5. Settlers Creek is just a FREE SHUTTLE RIDE to Colorado's famed resorts, trails and natural wonders. Keystone's Shuttle is 100 steps from your front door to take you to the slopes every 20 minutes. This type of clean up is expensive and renter is liable for the costs.
